I mean you do wear out your organs and joints a lot faster if you overdo exercicse. You can't really argue that. It's okay to stay fit but don't go nuts running marathons and shit unless you want replacement knees and other shit wrong when you're mid 50s

That’s where you’re wrong kiddo. They actually can degrade faster, and at the very least perform, and serve you much worse. There is all kinds of new science out there, and it’s growing everyday. Knees over toes guy is a great start. Mark bell has a great podcast also. Now, if you’re talking participating I. Some type of contact sport, that’s a whole different argument.

For shits and giggles, let’s say I do agree with you, you’re definitely going to have a rough time on this planet if you don’t take care of your body and keep at least your lower body strong and competent. One of the main indicating factors or mortality use to be lower body, and anterior core strength. I don’t think that’s changed.
