That’s where you’re wrong kiddo. They actually can degrade faster, and at the very least perform, and serve you much worse. There is all kinds of new science out there, and it’s growing everyday. For shits and giggles, let’s say I do agree with you, you’re definitely going to have a rough time on this planet if you don’t take care of your body and keep at least your lower body strong and competent. One of the main indicating factors or mortality use to be lower body, and anterior core strength. I don’t think that’s changed.
