In 10th grade, I had this absolute Lardosaurus for an Astronomy teacher (I mean it seriously, he was AT LEAST 300lbs) and the guy was completely walked all over on by his wife. He would tell us stories where he would argue with his wife and would always capitulate to her, that he was scared when she got mad, he would take care of their baby when it cried at night because she would get cranky and didn't want her to get angry, etc. He was the biggest fucking pussy I've ever met in my life. I still think about that guy, wondering if he ever grew a pair or if his wife left him for someone with a pair of testicles. It also wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if she was cheating on him.
tad expensive if you're going for the premium cuts, but the cheaper cuts (such as Denver cut) will make do regardless with proper seasonings
Rice (and beans) can be cooked on the same skillet (White people Wok) that you used to cook the meat so all the delicious juices from the beef will be transferred to the Rice (which acts like a sponge for liquids)
and yes, i fry my meat in olive oil because its the best way to make beef, esp if you're using the aromatic & flavorful kinds (Koroneiki and Kalamata Variants)
