I 100% disbelieve he killed himself. No. He's the kind of man who would die fighting. He asked the German people no more than he asked of himself. He said this exactly multiple times.
True, but he also saw what they did to mussolini after he was captured and wouldn't allow that.
Also, he had given everything he had to the German people, and at the end he felt they had failed him - hence him marrying Eva right at the very end. It's possible he exxed himself, we cant know one way or the other with the information we have.

He did overcome more than that. Not only did he stage a successful revolution against the loathed Weimar Republic, he also beat the Communists and Reaktion (Anti-communist/Monarchists) to the punch.
Both of which were arguably better equipped to lead a revolution. The communists had already established themselves as powerful anti-democratic faction with their short-lived coup in Bavaria, they had sympathetic (jewish) media, and outside support from Stalin.
The Reaktion had support of the military higher-ups, and a large part of the population still sought a restoration of the monarchy.
Even among the radical right, Hitler had powerful competition, such as Organisation Consul, which had a strong support base from the Marinebrigade Ehrhardt and Freikorps.
And yet, National Socialism prevailed over all others, even converting large numbers of former communists to their cause.
Then again, even Hitler could not foresee that America and Britain would eternally disgrace themselves and save Stalin, save all of judeo-bolshevism from destruction. Truly, a date that shall live in infamy.

I think Hitler's real genius was understanding that while there was no compromise with the (((people))) behind communism, there was a way to break the propaganda that tricked workers into supporting communism with counter-propaganda. One of the greatest mistakes the American Right has made is attempting to convince communist agitators (who never argue in good faith) with logical arguments instead of countering their emotional propaganda with equally emotional propaganda of their own. Most of the populace, especially women, are not logical thinkers, and no matter how true or well worded a logical argument is, they will always resonate more with emotional messaging.

I wonder... would Germany have won if the Allies didn't invade while they were busy with the Russian threat? It is said that more German soldiers were killed in surrender by Russians (basically 99% of German POWs) than in battle. Assuming Germany wouldn't have been stretched into all directions, would they have won?

Probably. It's not even the fact that Germany had to fight on multiple fronts, as the overwhelming majority of men and material still went east.
WW2 in the european theater was mostly the German-Soviet war. Everything else was secondary.
The main problem was lend-lease, providing the communists with a manufacturing base that was well out of range for the Luftwaffe, and allowing them to recover from otherwise catastrophic losses.
Keep in mind, even the greatest soviet victories, like Stalingrad and Kursk, resulted in far greater losses for them than the Wehrmacht.
Throughout the war, the soviets lost almost 100,000 tanks and armored assault guns, but still ended up having more (and better) armored forces than before the war.
Over 20,000 tanks were destroyed during the first year of Operation Barbarossa.
Perhaps even worse was the damage to their logistics. They received far more locomotives and railcars from America than they were able to replenish themselves.
I think it's fair to say, without exaggeration, that America saved Communism in 1941. And continued to ensure its victory throughout the remainder of the war.
Just as they're maintaining jewish supremacy in the middle east, right now.
Remarkably similar to the outcome of WW1.
The peace treaty of Brest-Litovsk had left the Central Powers in a very favorable position, freeing up the forces of the entire eastern front, and providing more resources and recruits from the east.
Then America enters the war, and along with some judeo-bolshevist meddling at the homefront, the way to the catastrophic Versailles treaty was set.
And with the Balfour Declaration, the jews were the greatest profiteers. As usual.
Over a hundred years later, America is still doing the bidding of world jewry. Fighting under the faggot flag and the star of David...
Not exactly from scratch though, the League of Antisemitism was started in 1879 as a response to the rising grip on Germany of jewish power following the German revolution of 1848 which gve jews full citizen rights. Marr found great success with his pamplet "The Victory of Judaism over Germanism" and went on to form the league.
Arthur Bryant's "Unfinished Victory" (1940) told the continued story of the 1930s and the path to war.
That Hitler appeared out of nowhere and brainwashed the German people into madness is just another jewish lie.
