Not exactly from scratch though, the League of Antisemitism was started in 1879 as a response to the rising grip on Germany of jewish power following the German revolution of 1848 which gve jews full citizen rights. Marr found great success with his pamplet "The Victory of Judaism over Germanism" and went on to form the league.

Arthur Bryant's "Unfinished Victory" (1940) told the continued story of the 1930s and the path to war.

That Hitler appeared out of nowhere and brainwashed the German people into madness is just another jewish lie.
