Imagine eating a wet diaper.

I'll make the argument that mexican cuisine is the penultimate worst overall cuisine in the world, right behind pajeet food.

Near every dish is mush with a one note paste consistency. Every dish gets served with a side of month old tortilla chips because it's the only thing that gives their cuisine texture.

My wife is a big fan of mexican and I can't stand it. It's one of the few things we disagree on. I hate eating it.

taco meat, tortilla, cheese, salsa

There I just listed the ingredients for almost every single mexican food. Oh, but they wrapped it up differently so that makes it a new specific dish. No it does not.

>My wife is a big fan of mexican

have her eat actual spanish food than the bastardized & niggerized version of it

you can always make it at home, just follow the recipe and you'll do fine.

Recipe? It can't be authentic unless you import an illegal invader who hasn't been vetted and you actually have no way of knowing who they really are.

Exactly. It's not a real authentic experience unless you get ill from the cook's unwashed brown hands.

If she likes Mexican food it's not gonna translate into liking Spanish food because Mexican food isn't even a different version of Spanish food. They aren't close to the same thing at all.

This is why I hate their food. It's slop that's only fit for toothless old people. Texmex improves on it a lot by focusing more on texture while retaining and enhancing flavors with better ingredients and cooking methods. I enjoy pico de gallo well enough because it's one of their only dishes that scales well with ingredient quality and isn't blended into baby food. But that's still just rough diced tomatoes, onions, and peppers so it's hard to call it original.
