This is a bad example. There's plenty of good examples of goyslop, but comparing junk food ingredients then and now is stupid:

* Enriched wheat flour = Unbleached enriched flour. They just changed the wording.

* Removed rye flour

* Sugar, Chocolate, Dextrose, Whey Solids, Lecithin = Sugar, Chocolate, Malt, Milk, Soy Lecithin.

* "Shortening" replaced with "Cocoa Butter, Canola Oil, Palm Oil". It's unclear if this was an actual recipe change or they're just elaborating on what shortening is made of.

* Replaced some of the sugar with HFCS

* Salt = Salt

* Leavening = Leavening

* "Artificial Flavors" changed to "Natural and Artificial Flavor"

* Added Caramel Color

This is such a minor difference and most of it looks like regulatory compliance for standardizing ingredients labels.

There IS difference between enriched and unbleached

There is a major difference between sugar and hfcs

Shortening was fats not oils

etc etc so no certain why the gaslighting from you here

They both say enriched, my guy.

There is a difference between sugar and HFCS, and HFCS is definitely not good, but they both list sugar as a major ingredient while the new one lists HFCS much lower, which means it's a minor ingredient. Hence why I said "they replaced some of the sugar with HFCS."

Oil is a fat. This is basic chemistry/nutrition, my guy.

Before you jump to attack someone, check whether you haven't made a mistake first.

Note you leveraged away from the (un)bleached part WHICH ACTUALLY IS A DIFFERENT PROCESS which loses nutrition using inferior grains, my guy.

HFCS is a starch.. not a sugar. But you are the expert.

Hot processed oil to manufacture canola and palm chemically depletes the nutrient "fat" versus lard.. but again, you are the "expert", my guy

>before you jump to attack some one

And yet my reply was TO YOU who replied to me first YOU BLITHERING RETARD

Now breathe. Inhale. Exhale. Annnd go fuck your self.

I'm not leveraging away from anything. You pointed out the word "enriched" so I pointed out that "enriched" is in both. And you fail to recognize that error. You certainly don't have to get mad at me or call me names over it.

HFCS is made by processing corn starch, a complex carb, and breaking it down into seperate glucose molecules, or sugar, which is a simple carb. But I'm this either makes no sense to you or you will ignore, because you're frequently dense or willfully ignorant whenever you make a mistake.

This argument doesn't matter. But if you recognized your errors, you could learn, and improve as a person. I advise you take that to heart.

>Shortening was fats not oils

It's hydrogenated vegetable oil, just like margarine. Quality cookies use butter instead.

Shortening was lard until processed oil became standardized in 1970's(g).
