Stop wasting money on plantslop and you can spend more where it matters. Really the only thing you should be buying is animal foods because anything else you can grow and ferment in your yard easily.

Yes. Sour-cream, and horseradish. You want the good Polish horseradish salt and pepper to taste. YAMB FREN. A 4:1 ratio 4 parts sour cream to 1 part horseradish
it's not that carnivore in itself is so magic. it's that everyone eats so much poison, and you don't even realize how much poison you eat. far too much seed oils and sugar (not carbs... sugar). carnivore like some other diets drastically reduces the amount of poison you eat.
the FDA allows food manufacturers to say "no added sugar" while backdooring it in a million other ways. for example, they can add apple juice concentrate to something that doesn't even have sugar and still say "no added sugar", even though they've cranked the sugar content. you don't even realize your caloric intake being WAY higher than you think it is because of all the added sugars. and then the food companies realized that with enough sugar, it activates your brain the same way cocaine operates. you get a sugar addiction. sugar will be the next smoking lawsuit.
and seed oils are straight poison. stick with olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil... or beef/pork tallow. the higher quality beef/pork tallow you can get, the better, so wagyu or iberico if possible.
but it's easier to just tell people "eat keto" or "eat paleo" or "eat carnivore" than it is to say "eat anything you want as long as it's high meat/dairy protein, no soy, the only sugar is in raw fruits/veggies, and the only fats are this list of oils". it's the same reason why the glycemic diet had to be called "weight watchers" and needed billions of dollars in marketing and still got obliterated by keto... it's too fucking complicated. "eat only unprocessed meat, dairy, and eggs" is a million times simpler.
if anyone is interested in a really good book that's gonna open your eyes to the carnivore diet read [Shawn Baker's book](https://pomf2.lain.la/f/6g9aynw.pdf), its legit.
What’s sad is, carnivore diet works so well for some because their country's food culture/regulation is beyond broken.
You can tolerate plants if you eat like.... e.g. Taiwanese but fat retards think that's a stupid idea, because "food is food" and "calorie is calorie" (the go-to excuse whales always use).

All indigenous societies eat soaked and fermented plants only, kimchi for example. Raw veg is a 20th century fad and it's extremely unhealthy, carnivore is just a natural pushback against this 20th century faddish way of eating, there's no harm in adding sensible fermented plants to a diet (although they aren't necessary at all).
the right seasonings can work wonders to plain steaks
Philadelphia spice and cajun spice, good Himaleyan salt, and garlic, lots of garlic... garnished with herbs de provance (which consists mostly out of thyme and rosemary with some lavender seeds)
and you got a premium steak you can eat every day without getting bored
What, you want a bunch of jesuits around?
