Some of those comments man.
“Liver converts sugar to bad cholesterol.”
Lol. The one time I went on a sugar free diet for 14 days was so miserable. I remember having a piece of fruit at the end and my body feeling better within the hour. Sugar is good for you. But like almost everything, too much is bad.

OK. Anyway, I quit adding sugar to my food and drinks. Also don't eat sweets anymore. I feel great, and can't stand the taste of sugar anymore. After I quit, milk has enough natural sweet added to tea or coffee.
It's kinda ironic your dismissive comment itself proves how sugar can mess up people's body/brain.
Sucrose (=table sugar) doesn't contain any essential nutrient, and it's the shittiest form of carb, because it clogs up liver with triglycerides (not choresterol) and inhibits its activity.
You probably should check up your HbA1c and HOMA-IR. People who have that much reaction to carb/sugar reduction tend to have undiagnosed problems.
>Sugar is good for you.
No. We love sugar probably because fruits are the safest foods in nature, but overconsuming natural sugar is basically impossible due to fiber/water contents while that's not the case with processed sugar.

Also, I don't have teeth problems anymore.

You're an addict in denial.
