They're being pushed to the margins. Look at what happened to Notch as a good, and probably the most famous, example. One dude made and programmed minecraft. One dude did the vast majority of all improvement on the game from a technical aspect after it was released. One dude did almost all of the coding. The entirety of Microsoft now owns minecraft and neither them nor mojang seem to have any idea what the fuck to even do with it. Very little that's new gets added to the game because they dont know how to stop breaking it when they do, but notch could pull content out of his ass. Minecraft probably has the most complex world generation programming of any game on earth, and it was created by a swedish dude in a dingy apartment. Good, that is a brilliant, not only white male, but also right wing programmer.

They are careful not to lose control of the company, but even minority shareholders have a huge power over the direction of the company. They say things like "Do things my way or we're not going to give you more money."
3. Profit phase. At this point, the shareholders and the new employees kick out the "overpaid" talent and founders, saying they are not right for the company anymore. They are happy to leave -- they never wanted to work on a big team with a corporate structure, and they all detest HR. Although some of the people coming in care about the company and profit margin, most are only in it to get their slice of the pie.
4. Plateau phase. As profit margins thin, they try new products but there is no core genius let alone a culture that allows geniuses to thrive. Any geniuses that do show up are shown the door as they don't match the corporate culture. Over time, even mediocre people leave as it's impossible to get anything done. So they are forced to hire the bottom of the barrel, the fags and niggers and trannies. Don't get me wrong -- this phase can last a very long time, but it will eventually spell doom for the company as they can no longer turn a profit. In order to keep the company going, however, the execs buy smaller companies just before their profit phase and leech whatever value they can out of those assets, chasing away the talent in the process.
5. Death phase. Now that the company is losing money hand over fist, it has to choose between laying off huge quantities of workers or just folding up, selling its assets, and laying off everyone. When they do layoffs, they end up laying off a lot of the useless feeders, which causes, sometimes, a brief but temporary profit spike. If they are able to turn the company around, they can only go back to the plateau phase. Only once have I heard of a company going back to the profit phase -- Apple with the introduction of the iPod.
What's important to note is that the founders sell the company out, even if they are not selling a majority of the shares. Once you get funding, they take over your company. That's what they do. It's how they operate.
The only way to prevent this process is to never accept funding. Never get super profitable. Never expand.

This sums it up pretty good, also programming today is a lot different than back in the days. All the libraries (also made by White men) makes it very easy for any fool to program a game.
This is why new stuff made entirely by the woke somewhat works, but runs terribly because of the large libraries full of dependencies they rely on to get stuff to work.
Meanwhile, older software like Minecraft which has later been acquired doesn't use any libraries, it's a raw code base, well optimized and well documented, yet the woke has no clue how any of it works. They literally can't change it without breaking it.

The notch rabbithole is interesting. As far as minecraft as a game, I started playing it in 2009 on demo web browser versions before it released. By 2011, upon released, it was already a game where you could do anything and had a lot to explore, in 2 years it changed a lot. It had 2 new dimensions and a myriad of other content made by notch, in 2 years it was an entirely different game from alpha. 2 years to do that is extremely impressive for *one guy*.
Every time a new update was released it would flesh out everything even more. You would get about 4 or 5 new mob types, 4 or 5 new blocks, possibly a new biome, and new structures in every update.
2014, minecraft buys mojang and... it's not much different, to be honest. Yeah, cumulatively over 10 years there has been quite a lot added, but with Microsoft funding for all of mojang it's extremely disappointing how much has been added. It still feels like nothing is actually fleshed out. Notch would have made the game an entire world at this point, MS definitely didn't.

I have 120 videos on YT and each has like 2-3 views, and they're on relevant and popular topics; it's as rigged as communism is.

Terry Davis the guy who made TempleOS made it from scratch, one guy one OS. and he even made his own programming language, HolyC, that he used to make TempleOS. it's amazing. but he had schizophrenia and died early because of it. (probably suicided who knows). he invented the terms "glowing in the dark" and "glowiers".
I also played some games from Japan, Like Genji:dawn of the samurai and the famous Sekiro and Dark Souls, they're amazing games. so I agree it's mostly whites and Japanese who maintained this industry.

It's disappointing, but from his standpoint it makes sense. He was burnt out with the game because the community was haranguing him for continuous content. He created the most popular game on earth on accident and he did almost all of the work for it on his own. How would you not get burnt out? It was either continue to develop an IP that he hated at that point or become a billionaire overnight. Simple choice.
