Soldiers usually carry lots of rations, so food is prepared ahead of time in the most compact way possible. If there are literal food shortages than I think Ill eat my landlord. Itd be the most use landlords have ever had. Maybe best to get into an area where one can hunt? I think soldier who run out of rations just take food from whatever settlement is close by even if its a town of innocent people not involved in the war.
I dont know much about nutrition, but I have read that metabolism is determined by hormones which can be affected by not just your diet but your routine. Not eating breakfast releases certain hormones as if you were in a survival situation, because youd been fasting for 12 hours, so skipping breakfast actually slows down metabolism. If youre looking to lose weight without changing anything but routine, Ive read but cant confirm that splitting up meals into numerous snacks throughout the day will cause weight loss. So 5+ small meals instead of 3 regular.

Youre right. ((Meme)) is pretty powerful because it gets past censorship.
Every single time is true however it might not be a power meme. I say this bc it can deter many normies, they will assume bigotry bc it seems that we are blaming jews for any ridiculous thing by default.
My fellow whites is a great meme, however it just doesnt have the power we need. Its closer to the level of pepe and soyjack. The fact that we see it get censored is telling that this meme is a step in the right direction.
There are many skull shape memes but I have yet to see one that has the power necessary to go viral. I made one a few years ago with Sarah Silverman's nude shower photo next to a diagram of a neanderthals skeleton. Using celebrities is a good idea because itll get to more normies. I want people educated as to how to spot ((them)).
We can do some brainstorming, but I propose we popularize the word "goyim" among gen Z. Itd be great if kids used that word together or synonymously with "based".

I drink almost everday but I acknowledge that it is my worst habit. Definitely physically addicted. I just like having a beer or two after work. If work wasnt so stressful than maybe Id drink less, but that is extending blame outwards. Only I can get myself out of the spiral.

Ill watch the video once Im out of work but this story sounds like a tall tale. Ive read this before, and it sounds like it is a retelling from the perspective of the nog. I just have trouble believing that white people "kept the secrets of farming". Lol it sounds like a blame game to me, white people are made out to be evil because black people didnt learn how to farm, so when they starved it was somehow whiteys fault that they didnt want to do the work. White people arent even there and they still get blamed for shit. Reminds me of the time I was managing a restaurant and one of the employees couldnt sweep the floor because he "didnt know how". He was stupid but no one is that stupid, only lazy. Guess the race.
