Does "changed in substance" literally mean becomes human meat and blood?
I've always assumed it means spiritually changed, but not physically because if the change was physical, it could be definitively tested using blood world analysis because the carbs in even a tiny amount of bread and wine have a lot of carbs.

I am forced to disagree with the Catholic Church about protecting the Jews to serve as witness because 99% of them seem evil, absolutely focused on murdering or harming and enslaving me, my wife and children, my religion and my culture.
My issue with judging the Jew based on their actions is 99% pretend to be our friends while waiting to stab us in the back.
That Catholic view seems like expecting my family to roll around in room full of Taipan snakes for the benefit of that 1% of snakes who aren't going to kill them.
As far as I'm concerned, those 1% of Jews can blame their culture, their fellow evil Jews and their long history of evil Jewish ancestors for earning a reputation of being intolerable.
As far as I'm concerned, the endless daily attacks from all sides by 99% of the Jews against my family is a clear declaration of war.

On the Eucharist: Catholic doctrine is not that the consecrated Host becomes ordinary human tissue or ordinary blood in a laboratory-detectable way. At consecration, the substance of bread and wine becomes Christ’s Body and Blood, while the appearances—or “accidents”—of bread and wine remain: taste, color, weight, chemical properties, and so forth.
So a chemical analysis would still register what appears to be bread and wine. Yet by the Church’s doctrine, Christ is truly, really, and substantially present—Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity—under each species. It is not merely a symbolic or “spiritual-only” change, but neither is it a crude physical transformation into ordinary meat and blood.

That being said, there are some Eucharistic miracles, where it actually DOES chemically change to Flesh and Blood. And the blood is ALWAYS AB+, the Universal Receiver.
