If it were fully true, then all of our women would be abject whores, and fathers would have no say or ability to protect them. That's not true. There are virtuous White women out there, and they're being raised by righteous men who know how to raise and protect their daughters. Still, you are correct that the globohomo culture and state are increasingly infringing upon our ability to raise our own children and protect them from degeneracy.
Men can tell their daughters how to behave, but they are not allowed to enforce it in modern society.
Perhaps you are implying that he is absent in one of many ways. Then it should still be send to him. Let him know where his daughter is and how she is behaving.
