We aren't living in that of a dystopian future yet. This young woman probably has a father, although it is possible that she is a frozen-egg-impregnated-by-donor-sperm child.

Perhaps you are implying that he is absent in one of many ways. Then it should still be send to him. Let him know where his daughter is and how she is behaving.
