So I get to Tokyo as my last stop, I'm googling which neighborhood to stay in, mind you I don't plan nor research ahead, I just go places blind with no expectations. I start to see reviews of people complaining about "touts". I'm like what the fuck is a "tout"?
Come to find out that night life areas of Tokyo are filled with african niggers standing on the street targeting white tourists to "invite" them back to their bar/club/brothel. Not in a friendly way either, where they can harass you, curse you or slap the camera out your hands for pointing in their direction. Anyway, if you follow them to their "awesome" bar, people report being drugged, extorted or robbed at knife point for the huge bills they mark up.
Now unfortunately most white people are retarded. They don't really raise the issue so most people don't even know this happens. Some of these morons even try to befriend the niggers. There's also lots of white morons who claim the niggers work for the yakuza, and are actually victims themselves, news flash they don't.
I'm not a white imbecile. When I found about this I got the actual message. The japanese police allow these niggers to commit felonies against us, in their capital. They do nothing. They will get somewhat involved if it's an asian victim.
If that's the empathy these nips have for us then FUCK THEM. Enjoy your niggers and jeets.

The narrative is like this: the Yakuza like to use niggers as muscle. So they actually facilitate illegal immigration of kneegrows into places like Roppongi, and said niggers do dirty work for the Yakuza once in the country.
The term 'tout' is common even in Africa. For example, the Nigerian term 'agbero' is often translated as 'tout', where they are just one of the many types of criminals. I sense that there is a difference in meaning between what you encountered and agberos, however. Agberos operate in groups, setting up a roadblock in some obscure area and refusing passage to anyone that does not pay up. Either way, 'tout' is a word where it might be wise to simply think: 'Ah, that means niggers'.
Drugging dummies with drugs like scopolamine and then robbing them is increasingly commonplace: the same thing happens all the time, for instance, in Colombia. Hundreds of deaths of foreigners in Colombia every year by that exact method, since the spiked drink sometimes contains an overdose. I haven't heard any numbers regarding deaths of foreigners in Japan by this method.
Even if the Yakuza are no longer what they used to be, I see no reason to believe that this doesn't still go on.

I'm not a fan of Colombia but the videos I came across say that's a different situation. In Colombia it's essentially an issue of meeting the wrong person operating in the shadows. I've also watched a video of an American catching some whore who drugged him and she looked scared to be arrested.
In Japan, a nigger standing on the same street day after day, committing battery on random people daily, while also committing felonies at a fixed address. With bad paperwork. That might be worse than European tier justice. Like fathom the indifference of the authorities or even the locals. It's also strictly when it comes to white victims.
White people tolerate everything, and I hate to make this "what if" argument but imagine us pulling these stunts.
* Gringos robbing and assaulting tourists in Mexico City.
* White guys dealing drugs in Baghdad.
* White guys picking up little girls in Pakistan for a sadistic gang bangs.
* Illegal white guys loitering all over Beijing and getting free cash from the government.
* White guys bragging that Thailand and Indonesia belongs to us now because the locals are committing thought crimes against us.
* White guys beating the shit out of elderly/veterans in random countries.
* White guys burning down temples and mosques in random countries.
What would happen in these hypothetical situations? Do you think there would compassion for our would-be victims or would we be free to roam on some law technicality? Do you think Japan would let us pull these stunts?
