the old "epic club" scam
i had some slovenian prostitue try that on me at 2AM in Warsaw, i sternly told her to "Fuck off" and walked on my merry way with booze in hand
though if they use niggers and brute force to "persuade" tourists that's **literally extortion**, seems like Japan capital city is turbo zogged and might not at all be worth visiting
i myself think of going to Osaka which is closest to Kyoto (the true capital of Japan)
