Sunlight fucking rules. My cardio exercise is running shirtless through the woods. I walk my dogs shirtless. I'm fine with the skin cancer tradeoff risk that comes from the physical/mental health benefits from that.
I sub the butter for olive/avocado oil. I like steak, but lately I've changed to just lean proteins...feel just fine with reduced saturated fat, though I keep the eggs (4 hardboiled ones a day for their vitamin profile). My fat intake comes from the eggs, walnuts, dark chocolate, supplemental fish oil.
Salt is awesome. Directly post workout: fresh juice from a quarter of a lemon + bit of Celtic sea salt + Creatine all mixed together in a glass of water = yes.
Eating intuitively is fine, given you're not addicted to sugar or have messed up hunger hormones due to having poor sleep. If you're trying to cut weight, obviously calorie tracking is foundational.
And not listed here, but fuck the "breakfast is the most important meal of the day!! you gotta eat multiple meals a day!!" modern convention. Fasting is incredible. This is one of the places where "listening to your body" actually turns paradoxical; it's beneficial to deny yourself even when experiencing hunger pangs.
But generally agreed with (almost) all the points.
