Nothing that I know of, but calling this concept the Hegelian Dialectic is similar to the left's former love of calling anything and everything the Dunning-Kruger Effect to sound intellectual.

I will maintain it is important to give this complex notion a relatively simple name. That allows the idea to enter into common discussions more readily, which in turn obviously spreads awareness.
