This mentality does fit niggers, the difference being that 1. they do it intentionally (maliciously), 2. it's their nature (low intelligence does that), 3. the bucket is actually shallow (they destroy each other even to prevent them to achieve the slightest success above others).

Even Tomas Sowell complained that black people pulled each other down, even when he was in school as a kid he saw families of his friends mocking those that were doing well in school.

It's more like they're climbing a tree to get fruit, which is plentiful, but can't stand anyone getting there before them, so they rip each other down to the point that no one gets anything and the fruit goes bad.
