Even Tomas Sowell complained that black people pulled each other down, even when he was in school as a kid he saw families of his friends mocking those that were doing well in school.

We accept that some races of dogs cannot be trained because they have low intelligence, yet they refuse to see the same things on niggers with a known average IQ of 70 when below 84 is retardation.
