Just fell out of a relationship with the woman I thought I was going to marry. It took so much time and energy and luck to even get in the situation I was in. I'm only 25 but that feeling of lost progress and momentum is really hurting.

How do you stop yourself from being demoralised and black pilled and keep at it?

Well, in your case I'd be mad. But I'd also be blunt about her actions and the consequences:

"If you want a 'break', it means you want to see if you can get a 'better' guy. You will easily find guys who will pump and dump you. The very fact that you think you can monkey branch away implies you intend to cheat now. So this break is your declaration to end this relationship.

My life will improve while yours will spiral into misery. As a woman you are too stupid to learn from the mistakes of others, and rather make your own mistakes. Shut up and think about what I said until tomorrow. I told you this because I want to continue this relationship after x months/years of being together, otherwise I'd kick you out in an instant for the mere suggestion."
