How do you not be demoralised by the dating world?

Just fell out of a relationship with the woman I thought I was going to marry. It took so much time and energy and luck to even get in the situation I was in. I'm only 25 but that feeling of lost progress and momentum is really hurting.

How do you stop yourself from being demoralised and black pilled and keep at it?

And usually it fails. They just go to some guy who fucks them and stays with her for some weeks or months until he cheats on her and drops her. Some women are just plain retarded and the only way they learn is through personal experience, rather than to learn from the mistakes of others.
