Just fell out of a relationship with the woman I thought I was going to marry. It took so much time and energy and luck to even get in the situation I was in. I'm only 25 but that feeling of lost progress and momentum is really hurting.

How do you stop yourself from being demoralised and black pilled and keep at it?

It's a hard lesson we all learn the same way, men should not commit to women because they will always put little to no effort in the relationship, just to extract a lifestyle out of you.

In the past there were obligations for the woman too but nowadadys with feminism and sexual liberation women could refuse fucking their husband and go get pregnant by the neighbor and you won't be legally able to stop them.

The only right way to be with woman is to just use them for sex as much as they use you for money, then kick them out when you get bored or she asks for commitment to trap you into slavery.
