Just fell out of a relationship with the woman I thought I was going to marry. It took so much time and energy and luck to even get in the situation I was in. I'm only 25 but that feeling of lost progress and momentum is really hurting.

How do you stop yourself from being demoralised and black pilled and keep at it?

Every single relationship is lopsided. It's impossible for both people to feel the exact same about each other. In your case, it sounds like you were 100% committed, and she was 0%. I'd try to bear that in mind if/when you start thinking about your ex. This type of thinking helped to clear my head back in the day.

As for moving on: You're quite young, and I have no doubt you'll meet someone else. The good news is that if one woman will select you, others will too. Now it's just a matter of timing and figuring out what the next one needs/wants from you, and whether you're willing to offer it or have it to offer.

Best of luck out there!
