Just fell out of a relationship with the woman I thought I was going to marry. It took so much time and energy and luck to even get in the situation I was in. I'm only 25 but that feeling of lost progress and momentum is really hurting.

How do you stop yourself from being demoralised and black pilled and keep at it?

Acknowledge that right this second, a lot of it is the pain/frustration talking. The fact that you already managed to get in the door and stay there with what I presume was a desirable woman is a good indicator that you'll get there again. Especially if the time and energy you mention means that you've looksmaxxed, make money, and increased your status relative to the average schmuck.

I'm 27 and never been in a relationship, which is becoming increasingly common. You're doing a lot better than you think. 👍
