I wonder what the outcome would be if she was a nigger, and got the “nigger brigade” involved.
She’s obviously a spic. I’m surprised she hasn’t pulled the “Latina card” yet. I’d bet my life the neighborhood is almost entirely kikes. Lmfao.
With that said, this seems like a great way to weaponize the system in your favor, and piss off the kikes if you’re white. Have an older family member whom lives alone, and you don’t mind living with buy it. Let them move in for a while, and then have them establish that they’re “sick”, and can’t live alone if the issue comes up, and move in with them to take care of them. The reason I’d employ the caretaking part in case they have a clause in the HOA that says something about no multigenerational homes.
Edit: serious question, what’s stopping her from claiming she’s 55? Is it even legal for an HOA to ask for proof of age? I honestly don’t know since I’ve never lived in one. I’m going to reach out to a real estate fren tomorrow.

I think it's a proxy for keeping niggers out. You cannot discriminate against non-Whites, so they have to resort to something like age. By restricting it by age, it automatically disqualifies a whole lot of niggers.
If they'd allow her to stay, it might set a precedent which may lead to the elimination of that rule altogether.
It's a fucked system. Just as how in Hungary you have move to a place that costs more (housing) in order to avoid gypsies. The real luxury that is provided is that prices are high enough that it is too expensive for brownoid scum.
This is not how things should be, these are all just proxies to avoid having to live with brownoids.

While it disqualifies lots of niggers, and the niggers that do qualify are too old to chimp out, niglets are often raised by their grandparents because they don't have present fathers and the mothers are too selfish to give a shit. So this doesn't solve the nigger problem completely, unfortunately.
