one of my friends lived in 55+ apartment complex in another state (not florida) 10 years ago. they couldn't deny his application or evict him because it's age discrimination. but that was an apartment complex, not an HOA community, and not in Florael.

With that said, this seems like a great way to weaponize the system in your favor, and piss off the kikes if you’re white. Have an older family member whom lives alone, and you don’t mind living with buy it. Let them move in for a while, and then have them establish that they’re “sick”, and can’t live alone if the issue comes up, and move in with them to take care of them. The reason I’d employ the caretaking part in case they have a clause in the HOA that says something about no multigenerational homes.
Edit: serious question, what’s stopping her from claiming she’s 55? Is it even legal for an HOA to ask for proof of age? I honestly don’t know since I’ve never lived in one. I’m going to reach out to a real estate fren tomorrow.
If they'd allow her to stay, it might set a precedent which may lead to the elimination of that rule altogether.
It's a fucked system. Just as how in Hungary you have move to a place that costs more (housing) in order to avoid gypsies. The real luxury that is provided is that prices are high enough that it is too expensive for brownoid scum.
