Pretty much, big chunk of their of their population comes from the inbred hasidic types (whom are 25% of the total population)

the other half are the usual mixed sand nigger spic jew (mizrahis/sephardics) who are like 50% of the population with ashkies being like the top 12-13% of the population

the rest are Ruskies, Niggers and various other types of third-worlders

Also, while race-targeted superdiseases have been possible for a while, it seems that it was trickier to engineer an "angel of death" disease that would spare Ashkenazis exclusively. What I'm saying is, they haven't had their fertility impacted by spike proteins.
