Es ist ganz ok deutsch zu reden. Keine Ahnung was die leute immer haben. Es gibt recht viele Menschen in Europa die deutsch reden, und es ist nicht gerade eine Tragödie.

It's not localized to any African country, or even the African continent. Every country around the world where former colonists left remarkable infrastructure has now fallen into ruin and decay by the animals who were thoroughly unprepared and unqualified to maintain it.
