this is just an amendment to add hinduphobia to the already [existing law](https://law.justia.com/codes/georgia/title-50/chapter-1/section-50-1-12/).

in either case the law is meaningless. it directs state agencies to make these specific considerations when determining if certain criminal enhancements should apply.

technically the law is, in and of itself, an overt act of discrimination, dictated to the administration by the legislature. if you sued them and it reached federal court it would be struck down.

Yup. Now they can point, and say “see, it’s not just us, and this is totally NoRmAl”.

Just another reason why I laugh when people tout muh first amendment. 🤣 Same goes for the second amendment, and well, all the rest now too.

I don’t even make fun of other conquered countries anymore because we’re just a slightly different flavor of the same thing, and lagging behind by about five years.
