It's the old "I'd never live next to Michael Jordan" argument.

Of course, I could never afford to live next to Michael Jordan or Jay Z for example. And of course this is extreme hyperbole because any neighborhood with MJ or JZ is going to be SUPER White and gated as fuck. But the fact is that while of course MJ and JZ are not going to be breaking into your house or stealing your car, they will inevitably have friends that visit. Family members etc.

And if we scale it down to just normal suburbs that are mostly White, we can all envision some black guy who made good and moved out of the hood. Maybe he's an attorney or a dentist (kek) He 100% won't be breaking into your house next door... but his IQ 75 kids might. Or their friends. Or the little nigs he invites over for a party etc. etc.

This is all to say that of course there are "good ones" that have an IQ that allows them to live in a civilized society. Bell curves exist and it's undeniable. But statistically, they're not all going to be 115 IQ dentists, they will regress to the mean and 1 family becomes 2 that becomes 10 and suddenly, you're waking up to trap music blasting at 12:30 am and automatic gun fire because La'quaantavarius and his boys just want to have fun.
So no, I would 100% not live next to Michael Jordan.

Thank you. I had to explain this to a White coworker who lives in my neighborhood. He said all the blacks in our development are old and quiet and I just asked "Have you met their grandkids yet?". When the coonspawn show up everyone knows it because of their stupid trunk rattling niggertunes. Also, you could tell on July 5th which house was a mooncricket manor because they were the ones with firework trash in front of their house, while the Whites were either already clean or in the process of making their kids clean up.

I think their need for social acceptance overpowers it until they are forced to face it in reality. I've heard a lot of people spout how "black doctors are just as qualified as Whites" until they realize that THEIR doctor/surgeon is one of their virtue manifested golems.
