Even worse, he's "incompetent to stand trial". Previously ruled on the state charges, and just confirmed federally last month. No prison. Not that involuntary commitment into state mental health facilities are a vacation, but it's still a travesty of justice.

Because the photographer took probably 2-3 dozen photos and this was the "best" one that got published. There are other shots from the same scene where she is looking out the window and such.
