Even worse, he's "incompetent to stand trial". Previously ruled on the state charges, and just confirmed federally last month. No prison. Not that involuntary commitment into state mental health facilities are a vacation, but it's still a travesty of justice.

whats worse is you're a murderous nigger theres an entire system setup to help you plead incompetency: social workers, sympathetic state prosecutors, police/county investigators, sympathetic judges--all committed to helping people not be held accountable for their crimes due to pathological altruism. i was head of security for mental health facility and my facility was full murderous niggers like this. heres the thing, they may be insane, but theyre sane enough to know the state mental hospital is like a vacation from prison. they know that and they game the system to get there.
