I recently decreased it to 65 freedom units/ 19 Celsius and my sleep is better. What's the minimum you guys do?

If you're not putting your AC on max (i.e 16C) you're doing it wrong
Like i know boomer retards think "oy vey don't put it on max or it will guzzle a ton of electricity!"
Newsflash nigger the new A/C models (inverter) are way more fuckin effecient than shit made 20 years ago
You're not paying 10% more per every degree, more like 2 or 3% at best
