I recently decreased it to 65 freedom units/ 19 Celsius and my sleep is better. What's the minimum you guys do?

Obviously this thread doesn't apply to eurocucks with no AC

Bunch of obese pansies.😁

I’m good at 77-78 if I’m just hanging out lounging. I never go below 75, and that’s usually when I have company over. Here’s a tip if you live in the deep south like I do. Keep large flat ice packs handy for when you come back inside from outside even if it’s just to run out for a few minutes. Throw that shit on you for a couple of minutes when you get back in and down some cold water, and you’re golden. A nice floor fan is good to have too during the summer. No, I’m not poor……yet!

The humidity here is the real motherfucker, and my home does have some decent natural shade most of the day.

71f right now. I'd go colder but my AC is only 1 zone and that puts the downstairs at around 68.

Honestly the temp is only half the equation though. The massive decrease in humidity is the best part.

Sleeping colder has been shown to be better for you. I like mid to high 60s at night, low 70s during the day to keep costs down.

We do between 68-71 depending on the weather. In the winter though I can't sleep with it being below about 85.

Like 65 to sleep, maybe 68-70 during the day.

During the day I find shade for my van and idle it as much as necessary to stay in the 68-80 range, even when it's in the 90s and above. Still sweat a lot though. Some nights I have to sleep through 75+ degrees.

Fall through spring is *great* though. Almost perfect temperatures 24/7. The nights where it's 35 degrees out and I'm bundled up in my sleeping bag and blanket are the best sleep I ever get.

If you're not putting your AC on max (i.e 16C) you're doing it wrong

Like i know boomer retards think "oy vey don't put it on max or it will guzzle a ton of electricity!"

Newsflash nigger the new A/C models (inverter) are way more fuckin effecient than shit made 20 years ago

You're not paying 10% more per every degree, more like 2 or 3% at best
