Besides the poor production and dragging story line... It started out anti-nigger/immigrant.... But then 2 out of 3 "bad guys" on the bus were White. Then later some White dudes drug some women at a night club. Then there is a long, unnecessary sex scene as degenerate as anything to come out of Hollyjewood.
I turned it off half way through. IMO, I would not bother.
The sex scene was very degenerate and obliviously put there because Uwe likes boobs in his films. The film would have been much better off without it.
Most every person depicted in the film as a degenerate criminal, rapist or immigrant invader is black, brown or mixed. That's more accurate to our reality than you're going to get from anywhere else in the pop culture entertainment industry.
I think we're trying to over analyze the intentions behind making the film too much. Instead of looking at it more simply for what I believe it to be... A fatigued sperg-out from an eccentric filmmaker.
Boll has always liked to be edgy and has probably become more aware of the ever persistent reality & circumstances we are all surrounded by. I don't think he thought about the film as much as he was just angry and also wanted to be spoken of again. I think Boll has undiagnosed autism as well.
If it was a nothingburger, they wouldn't have bothered banning it...
I'm failing to see the evidence suggesting as you believe that there's a grand conspiracy or subversive element intentionally and/or actively at play here?
What's the purpose do you think in an establishment, like Amazon, pushing this film? I think it's more likely that many people simply heard about a banned film and were compelled to see it for that reason and the easiest place to do so was renting it from Amazon.
