Perhaps she cannot be charged with accomplice (investigation necessary did she know him?) but she definitely seems guilty of accessory to a crime. Charge her.
I realize we live in ZOG and nothing will come of it. But make a spectacle of it. Expose them further for their anarcho tyranny and selective enforcement of the law. If young guys can go viral suing bricks and figs over stolen legos, then shit like this can go viral too.

And see, the reason people would turn against you is because you portray yourself as too reasonable. They dare to turn against you *because* they believe they can talk you out of it, or just step in like sand sacks, unharmed. Apply shouting and vulgarity "GET THE FUCK AWAY YOU DUMB BITCH", and watch how the cost of being a white knight skyrockets to "perhaps I'll just do nothing."
