The time is now to begin pushing the message that the lower races need to police their own. It is their responsibility, and their complacency must now be seen as guilt. One way would be to not *maybe* house these scum in luxury apartments as "punishment" as a short timeout. The negative consequences are literally negligible. Also it's not like this makes a dent in their careers - THEY ARE FUCKING LOW-IQ SUBHUMANS who don't work.
