The time is now to begin pushing the message that the lower races need to police their own. It is their responsibility, and their complacency must now be seen as guilt. The families and friends must now be held accountable for their own even if they're innocent. Whites are no longer the bad guys for pointing it out.

Why didn't Sikh "religious leaders" report Vikram to the police when he moved beyond the bounds of their religion? He had the knive(s) because of his religion, but he was, effectively, excommunicated and the people who did so said nothing.
