Both things are important. Larger action is good, but getting people in power locally can slow down the jewing of America.

Example: in my wife's hometown, they planned on constructing several nigger hives (Section 8 apartment blocks). Enough people got involved that not only did the council agree not to build them, half of them lost their seats the next year. Do what you can, for now.
