Admire God's Creation. Escape from the cities and go hiking or camping or hunting or fishing or skiing or surfing or sailing. Turn the electronics off and just listen to the wind and the birds sing and try to clear your mind. Listen to inspiring music. Explore great classical symphonies. Admire some of the best art or literature from the period of Enlightenment or art from the Renaissance. Look up tartaria and the magnificent architecture. Build things with your own hands. Rebuild a motorcycle or restore an old car or build some stuff in your back yard. God wants us to create and shows us how to create. White people build things. satanic jews and shitskins like to destroy.

Also remember how lucky you are to even be alive. You weren't born a maggot. You're not a cockroach. You are a spirit made in God's image which means we are even made to look like our Creator and He adores us above all other animals and even the angels were jealous how much God loves us and i think a third of them rebelled with Lucifer.

Knowing everything we know is a heavy burden. But some people can't hear the truth. So we just have to be example of what we can do with our lives now that we do know the truth and that means we should be able to navigate it better than if we had not known these troubling things. We know it is a fallen world which is why we just have to not sell our souls while we are here and pray God resurrects us into Heaven.

The enemy wants you to feel overwhelmed with stress, frustration, and anger. Lots of good advice here, you need something that lets you feel a sense of purpose, that cannot be found externally, some use family, others God, some find an art form to fight culturally, others train and prepare for the future fight.

Dont let our enemy wear you down. It happens to me too sometimes, just remember, we arent alone anymore and more people wake up everyday. Our brothers are coming together, be ready to do your part for the love of your people, not through hate for the enemy

This is what keeps me going: Knowing how much effort and propaganda they have put forth to demonize us and make our lives hell, and that I have never once regretted who and what I am and I know it pisses them off to no end. You know every nigger/spic/chink has woken up wishing they were White at some point. Also, every achievement or milestone feels like an even bigger accomplishment when I realize the whole world is against us and yet we still have the ability to persevere (so long as you arent crippled with depression). And, if I ever start to feel the way you are alluding to, I just think back on some of our races more trying events with overwhelming odds - Retaking the Iberian peninsula and rolling into the crusades after their incursion, the battle of Vienna, Rorke's drift, the battle of the Alamo, Rhodesia, Germany's ascent from the Weimar republic. I know the last three instances didn't exactly end in victory, but I still get inspriation knowing they tried. And that if they had a defeatist mindset, they would have never even made the attempt in the first place. I have bad days and the reality is always present, but I just do what I can for my family to make things the best that I am able - and being perpetually miserable doesn't lead down that path.

I don't know your situation, but I can tell you what helps me.

I go out and make a small piece of my city what it should be, if we had a proper civilization. I find something simple that some nigger has broken, or that the government is too useless to fix, or even just that all the other "important" people can't be bothered with, and I fix it.

I don't ask permission, or whether anyone else will have a problem. I know the situation is not correct and I know how to correct it, so I do.

This can also be frustrating because it will almost certainly be undone again after a pathetically short amount of time. But that's because the people who hate you and your country, who are in charge right now, want it that way. Every time you fix it, you're pissing them off and shaming every single "good" person who walked right past it.

The goal isn't to fix everything yourself, it's to create a place, however small and temporary, where things are properly White in your community.
