Focus on the things you love. Your family. Your children. Your crafts. Plant a garden and fruit trees and get some livestock. Care for your animals. Care for your plants. Sow a prosperous harvest. Admire God's Creation. Escape from the cities and go hiking or camping or hunting or fishing or skiing or surfing or sailing. Turn the electronics off and just listen to the wind and the birds sing and try to clear your mind. Listen to inspiring music. Explore great classical symphonies. Admire some of the best art or literature from the period of Enlightenment or art from the Renaissance. Look up tartaria and the magnificent architecture. Build things with your own hands. Rebuild a motorcycle or restore an old car or build some stuff in your back yard. God wants us to create and shows us how to create. Knowing everything we know is a heavy burden. But some people can't hear the truth. So we just have to be example of what we can do with our lives now that we do know the truth and that means we should be able to navigate it better than if we had not known these troubling things.
