Electron microscopes cannot view carbon material. What you're looking at in an electron microscope is an inoculate equaling a throat swab of someone immersed in 2ml of milk, 100 u/mi Penicillin, 50 mg/ml Streptomycin, then sample centrifuging it at 5450 rpm for almost an hour then putting it with a culture medium of bovine amniotic fluid, beef embryo extract, horse serum, antibiotics and phenol red radiated with iron so that the oxides reflect off the lens of the microscope. So where's the "virus?" Just because you're "toddler-tier stupid" doesn't mean he or I am.
