Comics have hardly ever been based. Right from the get-go they were dominated and promoted by jews. Superman being the prime example.
Some of the early stuff like Doc Savage or The Shadow were non-jewed and set the tone for the best of the golden era of pulp media. Tin-Tin is another one, as it was published mostly prior to WWII from a monarchist-friendly Belgian publication. Tin-tin himself is supposedly inspired by Leon Degrelle.
Doc Savage was my role model as a teenager growing up in the 70s. I had all of the Bantam paperback reprints and read them all. I wanted nothing more than to be like that man, strong, stoic, and man's man. I thought most comic book characters were weak and neurotic, especially Spider-Man.
I always understand comments like this to mean the blacks know they aren't like us, our ways are incompatible, and they are mocking how we seem to need sanctuary in our own kind after being with blacks for a while.
