Umm... the case wasn't dismissed. Nick accepted a plea deal for misdemeanor battery. He had to do 75 hours of community service, attend anger management, buy Marla a new phone, and formally apologize to her in court.

Yeah, it's Nick Fuentes. A couple years ago, a 57-year-old woman walked onto his steps because she wanted to confront him about a post he'd made and film the confrontation. He went to the door, pepper-sprayed her in the face, and shoved her down the stairs.
