She was very close to hitting her head on the concrete. Had she been a little bit less limber, had she been 58 instead of 57, had she worn less useful shoes, had she not anticipated the shove and attempted to maintain her balance... She could've easily cracked her skull open.

She was not threatening him or his property. (Clear in the video and the court ruled it so)
People shouldn't shove women. Even if they are provocative or trespassing. They can get really hurt really easily.
