Umm... the case wasn't dismissed. Nick accepted a plea deal for misdemeanor battery. He had to do 75 hours of community service, attend anger management, buy Marla a new phone, and formally apologize to her in court.

Unless... is he actually gloating that he's fulfilled all his plea conditions and now the case is closed and he has a criminal record?

Calm down. He agreed to do that, then filed a dozen extensions, then filed an Appeal. The court then told her to kick rocks or file a Civil suit, which she's doing now. I'll post the video tomorrow; he's talking about it on the show now.
