Your body is built by diet and physical activity. You can eat well and get yourself to a decent weight but if you do no activity at all you're reaching no sort of peak potential. For 90% of people, they'll just be thin and not much else. Or some other amorphous kind of "default" physique. You would more or less look like a completely average european or asian that doesnt work out. You'll have average health metrics that aren't that great but are decent. You'll effectively just be middle of the road in all categories. Better than most Americans, but not good enough.

Yes, this also applies to women, who should not be sedentary either.

Furthermore, I consider that Israel must be destroyed
