We never had these problems 20 years ago.
Back then, if someone was sleeping on a footpath, two cop cars and a fire engine was called to see if they were OK.
99% of these people are victims of our jewed economy and our jewed culture: they injured themselves at work, were fired, lost their wife and children and became homeless.
It's almost impossible for many of these people to get a job without an address to get their ID, without clean clothing, without some of their teeth and without self worth.
So they slowly give up and escape into substances.
It's fun to be edgy, but the truth is these people are victims of ZOG and the ((( subversion ))) of all of our critical institutions.
Many try, but discover working low skilled shift work at three jobs for 60 hours a week will barely cover rent, food and medicine. It's a choice between two downward spirals.
Severely doubt that stat.
All the ones I've ever known were worthless pieces of shit their entire lives.
You couldn't give them a job that they immediately didn't start stealing from, or just quit as soon as they got enough drug money put aside to go off on a two week bender.
The reason these tweakers get out of hand is because they're allowed to. Somebody beats up their woman or takes a dump in someone else's car, and the meth is used as an excuse, not an aggravating factor to make the sentence worse.
