Guys who do this legitimately ruin themselves for other reasons apart from the obvious. It's not unattractive men, by any standards, who become "femboys" (outright trannies are a different matter entirely). There are entire subsections of women who absolutely adore "pretty" men, mostly younger women. Just look at prime Leonardo Dicaprio, every male Asian idol, prime Frank Sinatra, every popular emo singer, etc.
