Just putting this out there, but apart from reddit and discord these are/were other common grooming grounds:
Kik, amino, Tumblr, YouTube (via elsagate pipeline), 4chan, instagram, MySpace (for elder millennial victims), Facebook (back when young people went there), tiktok, snapchat, bigo, etc.

Tumblr's there, but to be honest I have never heard of livejournal in my entire life, I forgot about friendster to be honest. Holy hell that feels older than MySpace even though it isn't.
